William A Page, Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

Since 1997, Al has been involved in venture capital and corporate restructurings in the US and Europe. From 1991 to 1997, he was Managing Director of the international division of The Brent Walker Group plc, a UK-based leisure company.

Gary M Bowling, Chief Technology Officer

Gary has more than 20 years' experience in building and deploying advanced data networking systems, Converged Network Solutions and Global Systems Architectures. In 1996 he founded New Frontier Consulting Inc to provide technical consulting, network management, and technical training. The Houston-based company was a leader in advanced networking and management. In 2004, Gary sold NFC to Global 1 Source Group and became its CIO and head of expert delivery.

John A Finbury, Treasurer and Secretary

John was Managing Partner of his law firm, Finbury & Sullivan, from 1988 until 1997. From 2001 to 2004, he served as General Counsel to TherMatrx, a medical device company, bought by a public company in July 2004. John is a pianist and composer.

Philip Heede, Operations Director, YourDay UK Limited

Phil has over 17 years’ experience in the theme park industry, having spent 13 years at Alton Towers, the last four as Head of Commercial Operations.

Colin Ashworth, Director

Colin is an MBA-qualified Operations expert who has more than 25 years experience of managing large and complex blue-chip corporate business operations in Retail Financial Services (Insurance and Banking), Utilities, Retail and IT including Aon, Barclays and Prudential. Colin is currently Chief Operating Officer for Venue Solutions Holdings Plc.

Mark Boughton, Director

Mark has over 20 years experience working in blue chip companies where he has managed a variety of Finance departments and been responsible for Information Technology, Materials Management, Human Resources and Company Secretarial functions.

Stephen Thomson, Director

Stephen is Chairman of Venue Solutions Holdings Plc. A successful entrepreneur with extensive business and London City contacts, Stephen is Chairman of two LSE AIM companies and three private boards, and board member of a further two LSE AIM companies. Stephen puts aside significant time to various charitable organizations in the fields of education and carbon offset as well as his church.

David S J Walker, Director

David was a director of Thomson Holidays, Managing Director of Granada Travel plc, then Managing Director and majority owner of Voyages of Discovery.  Now he is Managing Director of World Cruiseship Services which provides consultancy and brokerage services to the ever-growing cruiseship business worldwide.

Steve is President of Brewer Enterprises, a company involved in the valuation and marketing of rare coins. Until taking early retirement at the end of 1996, he’d been employed by Busch Gardens for 24 years, acting as Vice President of Merchandise from 1990. In that role, he was responsible for park operations such as YourDay.

David R Carr

David is Operations Director of Venue Solutions Limited. His background is founded on the successful implementation and management of leading edge Audio Visual and IT projects for airlines, banks and government organizations.

Paul A Presley

Paul is Chief Technology Officer of STI, with 17 years’ experience in leading software and network infrastructure implementations. His previous responsibilities included Chief Information Officer for the Mobile County Public School System in Alabama and Chief Technology Architect for VeriSign.

Claire Scaramanga

Claire is leading the marketing strategy and its implementation for YourDay. She is an MBA qualified marketing consultant with 20 years' experience working with clients such as T-Mobile, Fujitsu and Nortel. Prior to forming Scaramanga Marketing in 2000, Claire was Marketing Director of Business Europe, and board director of Crown Business Communications.
