Our unique pioneering systems
YourDay owns U.S. patent numbers 5,576,838 and 5,655,053, and has new patents pending in the US and worldwide jurisdictions. The claims of these patents are directed toward personal video capture systems and, in particular, systems for creating an individualized video from pre-existing stock video combined with personal video from rides across the park taken throughout the day.
This is in contrast with a patent for any of the discrete components associated with the process or a patent for a system that requires manual selection of footage after viewing.
The YourDay system is designed to adapt to changes in the manner in which video material is viewed, e.g., CD, DVD or Internet - the Company’s patents encompass all technology modalities for systems that offer park-wide solutions.
Any other process used to create a personalized video as claimed in the Company’s patents would constitute infringement.
