What is the YourDay experience actually like?
When guests buy their admission ticket at the theme park gates, they are offered a YourDay RFID wristband and brochure inviting them to be part of a personalized video souvenir of their day.
They then enter the park and enjoy their day.
Computer-controlled video cameras are strategically placed along the paths of rides and main attractions and at prime photo opportunity locations around the park. When guests are identified by their RFID wristband, those cameras capture brief video footage of their personal experience at the park.
The captured video is then digitally stored until guests go to buy their personalized DVD.
When they are ready to leave the park, guests pay for their YourDay souvenir and then scan their RFID wristband, which signals the system to assemble their unique film.
Within five minutes, guests pick up the finished product and take home a full-motion, personalized video program of their actual theme park experience.
