Venue Solutions Holdings plc, YourDay's largest shareholder, wholly owns Venue Solutions Limited, which is the preferred technology partner for YourDay in Europe, the Middle East and Africa.
Venue Solutions Limited has project managed the installation of the YourDay system at Alton Towers and has also created the park’s software specification.
Established in 2002 and based in the UK, Venue Solutions Holdings plc was admitted to AIM (EPIC: VSH) in December 2005. Venue Solutions is a specialist provider of venue management technologies with a key focus on theme parks.
